Waggs is a beautiful 2 yr old Shephard Mix, he was droped off at a pound with a broken tail, poor  little guy. His foster family took great care of him for the few months they had him and he recently stole the hearts of his new family and now has his furever home. He is such a sweetie, way to go Waggs!

Sweet Pea has now been Adopted

Sweet Pea came in from a high kill pound in the USA, she was so sweet and needed a home asap. Mighty Mutt along with the Mississauga Humane Society worked together to bring her to Canada. Once in foster care she was brought to the vet for a check-up only to find out that she had possibly been shot. After an exam – she seemed to have 3 pellets under her skin which were removed after x-rays were taken. They might have been from a shot gun, 3 pellets hit her at once and were floating around under her skin. Although they were not bothering her – they needed to be removed as they were most likely made of lead which could seriously poison her.

Now named Macy she has joined the foster failure club, after taking the heart of her foster mom!! Macy is now safe and sound, happy and healthy!!

Ash was another beautiful guy that arrived from a High Kill Pound in Tennessee, this guy is so sweet and loveable. He was even featured on the CP24 Animal Housecalls with Ann Rohmer. He was so well behaved and such a cutie, he also went to the Wnter Woofstock with his foster parent.

This boy now has his furever home 🙂

Congrats Ash, wishing you the very best!

Hannah (aka Harley) from Tennessee has been adopted

This beautiful girl came from a high kill pound in Tennessee she was surrendered as a result of a divorce 🙁

Not sure how people can just surrender a Dog but at least she now has a furever home!! This beauty stole the hearts of her foster parents so much so that they couldn’t let her go so they decided to adopt her. She now has a nice warm home with people who will love her forever.

Way to go Hannah 🙂

Trigger AKA lincoln from Tennessee has been adopted

2 year old, 20lb minpin mix

Lincoln was one of the most timid of the 23 Tennessee dogs that came in! It took his amazing foster mom almost half an hour to get him out of his travel crate because of all the commotion. Within the next couple of days Lincoln transformed into a beautiful little man, made many friends and stole the hearts of many. It is now time for this young boy to find his forever family and teach another human what it means to love.

Lincoln’s favorite place in the house is on the sofa and his favorite activity is a belly rub! He is friendly with other dogs & ignores the resident cat in his foster home.

Here is a video of Lincolns first day at a dog park in Canada:
